Stephen James Logan - Jim has extensive experience in NHS contracting, commissioning, and service development within the primary care sector, holding a number of Directorships. He has worked within this capacity for over 15 years after a long and successful career as a mining engineer.

Paul Bibby RN BA MA PGC

Paul has worked in pain management for 15 years and has experience in the development and re-design of pain services in the NHS.  He has a passion for the introduction of community-based pain services and improving the patient experience.

Dr Charles Pither MBBS FRCA Consultant in Pain Medicine

Charles initially trained as an Anaesthetist and now works full-time in the field of chronic pain. Prior to setting up The RealHealth Institute and taking on the role of Lead Consultant with PMS, he was a Consultant Pain Specialist at St Thomas Hospital, a post to which he was appointed in 1986.

Our Clinical Team
Pain Management Solutions operates a multi-disciplinary team approach. Clinical teams comprise of a Consultant in Pain Medicine, GPwSIs, Specialist Nurses and AHPs, and HCAs.  An understanding of the principles of cognitive behavioural therapy and interdisciplinary team working are the
cornerstones of our operational success.

Our Administration Team:
Organized, focused and hard-working individuals who co-ordinate our busy clinical agenda, ensure smooth and timely communication between ourselves and those using the service, are paramount to our success in meeting the needs of each and every individual patient.
